Missions

Votre mission consiste à intervenir sur les phases de déploiement et de migration chez nos clients du secteur de la santé.

Responsabilités

• Déploiement, migration technique des environnements des sites clients

• Communication avec le client (réunion, documentation, suivi ...)

• Accompagner le client vers la nouvelle solution technique (configuration, paramétrage, change management, résolution de problèmes...)

• Test de bon fonctionnement des environnements

• Collaboration avec les équipes fonctionnelles et techniques

• Vous justifiez de compétences techniques dans le domaine de l'informatique.

• Vous avez de l'expérience de migration ou de déploiement de software dans des environnements Windows.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Vous savez vous adapter, avec le sens du collectif et du relationnel,

• Solides compétences en communication écrite et orale

• Première expérience du conseil en stage ou apprentissage valorisée, avec une combinaison d'expérience fonctionnelle et technique

• Proactif et avec un bon sens de gestion des priorités

• Bon sens de l'adaptation avec le sens du collectif et du relationnel

• Maitrise du Pack Office, en particulier fonctions avancées d'Excel et Powerpoint

• Expérience sur des migrations ou déploiements (Installation, maintenance, gestion des anomalies)

• Operating System: Windows, windows server

• Réseau : TCP/IP, Firewall et interfaces (ASTM et HL7 serait un plus)

• Google suite, MS Office Programs

• Diplômé d'école d'ingénieur agréée CTI, de commerce (Grade de Master), ou d'un bac+5 d'université

• Maîtrise avancée du Français et de l'Anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral
