As the FP&A Manager, IT you will serve as the primary finance leader, P&L owner, and business partner for the IT Security, Operations, Technology Business Management, and Solutions Delivery business units. This associate will play a key role in ensuring we optimize our IT spend, make strategic business decisions on technology investments, and develop financial models to improve transparency across the IT organization.

The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual who thrives in a growing environment, displays robust analytical skills, and has a proven track record of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting experience. This associate will have the opportunity to identify and implement process improvement ideas, and partner with key leaders to drive savings and ensure financial stability in a rapidly changing landscape.

Every day you will:

· Central point of contact and strategic partner for the Security, IT Ops, Technology Business Management, and Solutions Delivery organizations

· Identify areas for cost savings, scale efficiencies, and performance improvement; work with IT stakeholders to implement savings opportunities

· Build detailed financial models from scratch and develop process solutions through automation, standardization, and innovation

· Own monthly contract review process and work with business partners to identify potential synergies across the entire Technology organization

· Present financial updates across a variety of stakeholder groups, including internal finance and tech leadership (Director to SVP level audience)

· Run monthly close & forecasting process; validate and analyze results while identifying key execution items and insight into cost drivers

· Lead the annual budget process for Security, IT Ops, Vendor Management, and Solutions Delivery organization

· Provide data analysis and assist in the creation of quantitative financial models and dashboards to track and forecast spend

· Work with accounting team to appropriately book and forecast cost; appropriately apply accounting principles related to vendor capitalization, deferment, and other expense

· Providing ad hoc analysis to leadership to help articulate business performance and trends

To thrive in this role you must possess:

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.

· Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

· Experience in building and running complex financial models and financial allocations.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping pace with changing internal and external customer demands.

· Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

· Strong attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

· Expertise building reports from scratch in EPM tools

Desired Qualifications:

· Experience working with technology teams in a finance capacity (forecasting cost, budgeting, building business cases).

· Ability to effectively communicate financial concepts (verbally and written) across all organizational levels (Analyst to SVP).

· Experience applying accounting principles related to capex, deferment, and one-time cost.

· Experience in public cloud cost control

· Oracle Cloud, Oracle BI, PowerBI, and Adaptive experience/proficiency a plus

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $68,788.75 - $122,646.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
