About the Role
We are seeking a Program Manager to serve as the right hand to the SVP staff/business operations internal program leader for Health Data Intelligence (HDI), driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the seamless execution of key programs. This role offers high visibility and impact, requiring collaboration across multiple teams, including senior executives, technical teams, and external partners. A successful candidate will have big-tech talent acquisition experience alongside strong program management capabilities.
This is a dynamic opportunity for a proactive leader passionate about solving complex problems, managing ambiguity, and driving impactful outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring Oracle's Health Data Intelligence priorities are effectively executed.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Execution :Drive the execution of Oracle Health Data & Analytics initiatives spanning multiple divisions. Ensure timely and on-scope delivery by coordinating with Engineering, Product Management, Operations, and other stakeholders.
Talent Acquisition Collaboration :Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to integrate workforce planning into strategic programs. Leverage experience in recruiting within a large tech environment to align hiring strategies with program goals.
Program Leadership :Manage scope, milestones, and plans for strategic programs while maintaining comprehensive documentation and regular status dashboards. Facilitate priorities, resolve issues, and escalate concerns to leadership as necessary.
Cross-functional Collaboration :Work closely with senior executives, architects, and external partners to turn ideas into mature programs and products. Foster communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
Process Improvement :Identify and implement opportunities to improve business processes and establish consistent project norms. Lead retrospectives to optimize future project effectiveness.
Communication :Deliver written and verbal updates to senior leadership, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights. Build positive relationships across internal teams and leadership.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience is also considered.
5+ years of experience in program/project management, preferably spanning multiple divisions or senior stakeholders in a tech environment.
Experience in talent acquisition within a large tech company, particularly managing workforce needs tied to strategic objectives.
Strong understanding of business process design and project planning.
Demonstrated success in matrixed environments with the ability to inspire trust and drive results.
Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex problems in dynamic settings.
Preferred:
Experience managing cloud-based programs or enterprise cloud solutions (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Background in health data, analytics, or similar industries.
Knowledge of human-centered design or design thinking approaches.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only
US: Hiring Range in USD from: $78,000 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
