Aston Carter Sales Administrator in Boise, Idaho

Job Title: Inbound RepresentativeJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Representative to support our sales team. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, proficiency with CRM software (preferably Microsoft Dynamics), and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities include opportunity distribution, order placement, order support, and customer interaction. You will apply extensive knowledge of job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete complex assignments in creative and effective ways. A comprehensive understanding of the general and technical aspects of the job is essential. You will handle assignments that require considerable judgment, initiative, and specialized knowledge to resolve problems and develop recommended solutions. Work is completed with minimal supervision and assignments may be completed without established procedures. You may also determine methods and procedures for new assignments and typically provide guidance to other non-exempt employees.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Boise, Idaho and some days remote.

Work Environment

M-F 8am-5pm. Hybrid. Will need to be in the office Wednesday and Thursday.
