Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill ourStaff Accountant position. TheStaff Accountant is tasked with performingaccounting duties as assigned. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in updating monthly financial reports
- Review and file monthly and quarterly Sales, Use, and B&O Tax Returns
- Assist with month-end close, prepare, and post adjusting journal entries
- Prepare account reconciliations as assigned
- Perform various monthly audits
- Supervise Accounting Specialists as assigned
- Perform or supervise specialized processes using software unique to our ERP system, such as but not limited to: fixed assets, credit card processing, and electronic billings to customers
- Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
