Manager, Marketing Transformation & Operations - Fully Remote\ \ Position Overview\ The Manager, Marketing Transformation & Operations will lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing processes. This role is critical in ensuring that marketing operations align with business objectives and drive measurable results. The successful candidate will leverage project management and operational expertise to streamline workflows and improve performance across marketing functions.\ \ Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing transformation strategies to optimize operations
• Oversee project management for marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing processes and drive performance improvements
• Analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to support marketing operations
• Facilitate training and development for marketing team members on operational best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or project management
• Proven experience in managing marketing transformation projects
• Strong understanding of retail marketing and operations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
