We are actively searching for a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in the non-profit sector based in Bolingbrook, Illinois. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity where you will be integral in ensuring the quality of our Android development projects and other related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough AB Testing to verify system performance

• Utilize Atlassian Jira for effective project management and issue tracking

• Regularly perform Integration Testing to ensure seamless system operations

• Use Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous delivery of projects

• Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance project development process

• Execute Manual Testing to identify and rectify system errors

• Oversee Bug Tracking procedures to ensure swift resolution of system issues

• Handle Call Center Customer Service queries related to system issues

• Deliver exceptional Customer Service to enhance user experience

• Conduct regular Auditing to maintain system integrity.

Requirements • Proficiency in Android Development to contribute to our mobile app development efforts.

• Expertise in using Atlassian Jira for effective project management and tracking.

• Experience in Bug Tracking to identify, document and monitor bugs in our systems.

• Strong knowledge of Integration Testing to ensure our software components work together.

• Familiarity with Jenkins for reliable build and test automation.

• Experience in AB Testing to compare versions of our web pages and optimize user experience.

• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodology for efficient project management.

• Auditing skills to review our systems and processes for quality assurance.

• Proficiency in Call Center Customer Service to ensure customer queries and complaints are handled effectively.

• Excellent Customer Service skills to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

• Ability to perform Manual Tests to identify bugs in our software.
