Sr. Manager, Marketing Transformation & Operations - Fully Remote\ \ Position Overview\ We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Manager of Marketing Transformation & Operations to lead our marketing initiatives and drive operational excellence. This role will focus on enhancing marketing processes and implementing transformative strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across marketing functions.\ \ Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage marketing transformation initiatives to enhance overall marketing operations.
• Develop and implement project management frameworks to ensure timely and successful delivery of marketing projects.
• Oversee tracking progress of various marketing initiatives and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive complex project planning and execution.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the marketing team, promoting best practices and operational efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing operations or project management roles, preferably in a transformation capacity.
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of managing complex projects.
• Experience in marketing transformation processes and operational excellence.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to track and report on project progress.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, capable of inspiring and motivating teams.
