Cardinal Health Project Manager, Program/Project Management - Night Shift in Bonifacio Global City, Philippines
What Program and Project Management contributes to Cardinal Health
Technology, Strategy and Execution is responsible for planning, developing, communicating, implementation, and evaluating programs that involve working with external entities and their corresponding resources as well as with the company's internal resources. May manage project and/or program managers within assigned program and/or project. Works within the constraints of budget, schedule and scope while managing risk and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
4 - 8 years experience in related field preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products required (Word, Excel, PPT)
Intermediate knowledge in using MS Project preferred
Have financial acumen and experience in managing/controlling project budgets up to USD 5M preferred
Presentation skills required; must demonstrate clear, concise articulation of proposed plans
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to effectively prioritize; ability to plan, organize, monitor, and conclude a project
Willing to work US hours in a hybrid set up ( BGC)
Open to internal employees who have been in P2/M1/P3 level for a minimum of 1 year.
Involvement in transitions/launches/projects is a requirement for internal candidates.
