Qualifications
4-8 years of leadership experience, preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
Previous experience Presenting to leadership
Ability to lead a Service restoration call (SRT).
Previous experience with OS or Application Patching and upgrades.
2-4 years ServiceNow experience
Previous experience working with a continuous improvement mindset.
Minimum of 5+ years working on a team as part of a large IT organization.
Minimum of 5+ years leading build/run team members.
Proficient in SDLC and Agile methodology
Excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational skills.
Understanding of Incident Management, Change Management, Configuration Management, and Release Management as it relates to ITIL
Experience with GCP or AWS Cloud Infrastructure

Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of operations or business staff

Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers, and peer groups at various management levels
Interactions normally involve information exchange and basic problem resolution
Continuous Improvement: Recommends/oversees enhancements to improve data quality, processing efficiency, and performance. Participates in platform communities and stay up to date on new software technologies and best practices.
Collaboration: Works effectively in a cross-functional team environment, communicating with stakeholders across IT and business units, participate in sprint planning, refinement, and execution.
