Kelly Services Executive Assistant - Administrative Assistant in Boonton, New Jersey

Executive Assistant - Administrative Assistant needed for my favorite client in Boonton New Jersey.

This is a high level role supporting the C Suites - President, CEO and COO.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage and maintain agendas, appointment calendars and travel arrangements

  • Schedule, prepare and manage Board of Director and other executive meetings

  • Lead Company events planning (engagement events, holiday parties, etc.)

  • Maintain executive office records

  • Provide administrative support to all executives including travel plans, expense records, copying, filing, and typing

  • Screen incoming calls

  • Exercise a high level of discretion, ensuring confidentiality of all work

  • Manage the Employee Recognition Programs

  • Distribute communications to executive team

  • Proofread material for spelling, grammar and layout, suggests appropriate changes

  • Simple accounting and expense tracking for LLC

Minimum Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in an executive, legal, or similar role, or combination of experience and education

  • Strong computer literacy, with MS Office/PC expertise, inclusive of, but not limited to; databases, spreadsheets, power point presentations, and word processing (50 wpm) and legal documents
