Description

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Logistics Coordinator in Boothwyn, Pennsylvania. The role is within the logistics industry and will require the candidate to manage various logistics processes, coordinate dispatch, and handle customer service duties. The workplace is tech-savvy, hence the need for someone with a strong understanding of various business systems.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating logistics activities, including dispatching and scheduling

• Utilizing business systems such as CRM and ERP for efficient operations

• Handling customer service duties, including resolving customer inquiries

• Utilizing software like Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams for communication and task management

• Processing and tracking customer orders in the ERP system

• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

• Using Cargowise for handling cargo logistics

• Billing functions execution and management

• Ensuring efficient use of 'About Time' for time tracking and management

• Handling customs-related tasks and documentation

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a logistics coordination role or similar

• Proficiency in Business systems and ERP Solutions

• Experience with Cargowise and other CRM systems

• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning

• Familiarity with About Time software

• Able to perform Billing Functions efficiently

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong Customer Service skills

• Knowledge of Customs regulations and procedures

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks according to urgency and importance

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Willingness to continue learning and improving logistics skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
