Job Title: Building Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
-We are searching for a dedicated Maintenance Engineer who can monitor building system operations and performance using diverse skills.
-Your daily tasks will involve plumbing, electrical work, heating and cooling on equipment such as air handlers, chillers, pumps, valves, etc.
-You will organize and perform a preventative maintenance schedule and manage the energy management program to ensure all systems operate efficiently.
-You will maintain the building lighting system and oversee controls.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include customer service
-Experience with on-call work preferred for unexpected emergency situations
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in HVAC engineer or building engineer role
Knowledge of building management systems and controls
Experience with computer maintenance management systems (CMMS) and working off work orders
Computer literate in Microsoft Office and Outlook
No license required
Work Environment
-Performing all work onsite at the Prudential Center
-You should be prepared to be on your feet for the majority of the day.
-This position is a part of Boston Properties.
Shift
Sunday-Thursday (3:00pm-11:00pm)
Tuesday-Saturday (3:00pm-11:00pm)
