TEKsystems Customer Service Call Center Specialist in Boston, Massachusetts

Description:

  • Take high volume calls from patients for the big hospitals in Boston.

  • Be able to take every call with patience and active listening.

  • Document all conversations in the system.

  • Medical terminology s a plus but customer service at a high volume is required.

  • Be available to use resources and ask questions when needed.

  • other duties as assigned.

Shift:

2nd shift (2pm-11pm) includes Saturdays or Sundays

Pay: $21/hr

Qualifications:

High volume calls

High School Diploma required

Recent, longevity of customer service experience

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00
