We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Business Development to lead the growth of our business through strategic collaborations and partnership opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic and results-driven professional with a proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and managing successful partnerships that enable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of strategic partnerships opportunities to support the company's growth and innovation plans.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential partnerships and investment targets based on their strategic alignment with company objectives and growth potential.
Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to ensure favorable terms and mutual benefit for all parties involved.
Oversee the implementation and management of partnerships and investments to ensure successful integration and achievement of agreed-upon objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align partnership strategies with company objectives and long-term business plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to foster collaboration and drive mutual success.
Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities for partnerships and investments that can contribute to the company's strategic growth.
Provide regular updates and reports on partnership activities to senior leadership to ensure transparency and informed decision-making.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and market positioning to effectively evaluate partnership opportunities in line with the company's overall business strategy.

What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Proven track record of successfully identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships and investment opportunities
Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze opportunities and their potential impact on the company's growth and profitability
Extensive experience in the life and annuities insurance industry with deep understanding of the market dynamics and key players.
Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to foster collaboration and drive successful partnerships
In-depth knowledge of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to identify and capitalize on new partnership and investment opportunities
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex information to senior leadership and external partners
Strategic mindset with the ability to align partnership and investment strategies with company objectives and long-term business plans
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities to drive successful partnership and investment initiatives

Salary range is expected to be between
$114,975.00 USD - $206,955.00 USD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
