Delaware North Fan Relations Account Executive, Boston Bruins in Boston, Massachusetts
The Opportunity
The Boston Bruins are hiring a Fan Relations Account Executive to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Fan Relations Account Executive, you will be responsible for servicing and retaining a client base of Boston Bruins season ticket holders. You will drive revenue by selling season tickets, game plans, group ticket packages, Boston Garden Society products, and Legends Club memberships.
Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $43888 - $51100 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Responsibilities
Responsible for servicing and retaining a client base of Boston Bruins Season Ticket Holders
Collaborate with the box office to resolve guest service issues and help with ticket upgrades
Aid with the execution of events and benefits, interacting with guests on-site to optimize the guest experience
Manage a client base of Boston Bruins Game Plan Holders, Group Buyers, and TD Garden Suite Renters
Solicit referrals and make recommendations to generate new sales leads
Handle and respond to communication received from ticket holders and fans
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of client retention and sales experience
Knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics, Ticketmaster Account Manager, and Salesforce
Excellent communication and problem solving skills, detail oriented
Able to work with internal guests on a professional level
