An exciting 10 week paid Internship awaits! Our Summer Internship Program provides hands-on experience to gain practical, real world knowledge at a top tier Insurance Brokerage. You will work within a high-energy, fast paced growth-centric environment that is both competitive and fun. This particular role affords the opportunity to work with our Boston based Property and Casualty Brokerage Team. The intern will be servicing clients across a number of different industries including construction, non-profit, manufacturing, hospitality, and assisted living. This is an exciting opportunity that will provide exposure to the daily operations at one of the largest P&C Brokerages in the country.
This opportunity may require local in-office presence during the 10 week program.

Receive targeted business and technical training with a greater understanding of our broader industry.
Support the Boston office and the New England Region.
Engage with Sales Professionals and Account Managers.
Complete assigned specific tasks relating to the renewal of large P&C accounts.
Shadow team members on client meetings and conference calls.
Learn how to provide first class service to some of RSC’s largest accounts.
Be aligned with a dedicated Internship Mentor & Internship Ambassador during your Internship experience.
Participate with our “Risk Mate” Program allowing for in-depth interaction with other Internship Participants.
Be immersed in virtual sessions with exposure to a variety of practices (Cyber, Private Client, Fine Arts, Claims and Entertainment etc.).
Learn the “real scoop” from HR Mentoring Sessions (Creating/Updating Your LinkedIn profile, Interviewing Best Practices, Resume Writing, Job Search tips).
Join our acclaimed Zoom Series which will include: “An Executive Chairman’s Welcome”, “Coffee With Our CEO”, “Engage With Executive Team” & “Learn From Leaders”.
Rising Seniors are preferred (anticipated graduation date of 5/22).
Must be available for entire 10 week program.
3.0 GPA or higher (Transcript required prior to in-person interview).
Must be available to interview virtually November through January (where applicable).
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Must be detailed oriented and collaborative.
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook).
