76930BRJob Posting Title:Program Administration Manager - Behavioral HealthDepartment:Ambulatory ServicesAutoReqId:76930BRStatus:Full-TimeStandard Hours per Week:40 Job Posting Category:AdministrationJob Posting Description: Children’s Hospital Primary Care Center (CHPCC) is looking for an organized, motivated Program Administration Manager to support and manage our integrated behavioral health program across various innovative initiatives, including developing and implementing program plans, managing the development of new initiatives, monitoring the performance of programs, recommending changes, and hiring/training staff as needed. The ideal candidate will be flexible, comfortable working in a busy and complex work environment, and have strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

The Program Administration Manager – Behavioral Health will:

  • Manage the implementation of goals and objectives of the interdisciplinary behavioral health program in pediatric primary care.

  • Coordinate activities and daily operations of the behavioral health program, in close collaboration with interdisciplinary behavioral health, pediatric, and administrative staff.

  • Oversee process development and quality improvement initiatives across the primary care behavioral health program.

  • Manage project scope and timeline through formal change management processes.

  • Coordinate and organize program registry development, behavioral health data tracking and reporting.

  • Develop and coordinate behavioral health billing processes.

  • Perform need assessments, evaluate and analyze program effectiveness; implement appropriate procedures to ensure efficiency and accuracy to fulfill the program’s mission.

  • Confer with clinicians, staff and others to provide technical advice, problem solving assistance and answer questions about the behavioral health program and its goals.

  • Supervise the team’s Administrative Coordinator around behavioral health scheduling, maintaining program calendar, registry maintenance, and keeping meeting minutes.

  • Support and evaluate program staff for effectiveness and efficiency.

  • Prepare or assist in the preparation of periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management.

  • Review application or other program documents in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to program.

  • Assist in the coordination of recruitment efforts.

  • Draft written communication and promotional literature.

  • Assist in planning workshops, meetings or conferences; coordinate logistics, scheduling and participant communications.

  • Serves as a liaison with staff, faculty and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives.

    To qualify you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience or associate’s degree with 6 years of experience.

  • Master’s degree preferred

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.

  • Ability to work with diverse internal and external constituencies
