System One Project Coordinator - Grants and Contracts in Boston, Massachusetts

Job Title: Project Coordinator - Grants & Contracts

Location: Boston, MA

Hybrid: 1-2 days/week onsite

Type: Permanent

Joule has a client that is looking to hire a Project Coordinator

to assist with all projects, tasks, assignments, and communications related to Grants and Contracts Administration. The ideal candidate will have experience with Federal Grants Administration, Clinical Trials Funding, and/or Conflicts of Interest Reporting.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience with federal grants administration

  • Understanding and/or exposure to submission, tracking and reporting processes for federal grants or other clinical research funding mechanisms

  • Experience with medical billing or coverage analysis is a plus.

    Education

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and/or relevant professional experience
