About the Role:

As a CBRE Project Manager, you willbe responsible forprovidingproject managementconsulting servicesfor commercial renovation projects at retail financial centers and interior fit-out and renovation projects for financial administrative facilitiesto help achieve the company's strategic businessobjectives.

This role requires regular site visits throughout New England. Additionally, the selected candidate should be able to report to the Boston office for biweekly team meetings.

This job is part of the Project Management function. Theyare responsible forthe management of projects from initiation through completion.

WhatYou’llDo:

Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.

Interface directly with clients to prepare all elements of the project, including the scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.

Define the project delivery resources from pre-qualified lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals, complete bid evaluations, and recommend resources to clients.

Implement project documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements. Ensure project data integrity and documentationareaccurate,timely, and coordinated.

Direct the project delivery team by providing mentorship and direction to achieve goals.

Build action plans to meetobjectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress of each project and report status and variances.

Demonstrate ability toidentifyproject threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement action plans to reduce oreliminateproject risks.

Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures toaccomplishcomplex assignments and provide innovative solutions.

Mentor others and share in-depth knowledge of your job subject area and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the function.

Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.

Impacta range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams.

Work within broad guidelines and policies andexplain difficult or sensitive information.

What You’ll Need:

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant AEC industry-related experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.

  • General knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices and the ability to read architectural drawings.

  • Proven experience with commercial interior and exterior renovations of retail bank branches is preferred, typical projects include HVAC replacement, roof replacements, parking lot resurfacing, electrical upgrades, small works, and other infrastructure-related projects and range in value $25k - $250k. the selected project manager should be able to manage multiple projects in various stages in values up to $1MM.

  • Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information with a willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

  • Interpersonal skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.

  • Sophisticated math skills and the ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

  • Ability to travel throughout New England to complete site visits to monitor progress and report into the Boston office for biweekly team meetings and complete site visits to monitor the progress of projects through the execution phase.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Project Manager position is $95,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Project Manager position is $125,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
