Robert Half Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in Boston, Massachusetts

Description

We are in search of a dedicated Program Manager to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves managing and overseeing the complete transformation of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems. You will be responsible for the successful delivery of this project, aligning it with business goals and compliance requirements. This role offers a long contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the IAM Transformation Program and ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements

• Managing the replacement of legacy IAM tools and overseeing the transition to advanced systems such as CyberArk & Hashicorp

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including IT, security, compliance, and business units, to drive project success

• Developing, maintaining, and managing detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets

• Identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope

• Regularly updating senior leadership and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability

• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the program team

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Program Manager with large scale transformation projects.

• Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM)

• Experience with Transformational Projects, Transformation Programs, and Transformation Management

• Expertise in Program Management, particularly within Financial Services

• Proven ability to Drive Continuous Improvement in project outcomes

• Skills in developing, managing, and executing Detailed Project Plans

• Proficiency in Budgeting, including Project Budgets and Program Budgets

• Familiarity with software tools like CyberArk and HashiCorp

• In-depth understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) strategies and applications

• Proven ability to work effectively in a team, with excellent collaborative skills

• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with industry trends and new technologies

• Relevant educational qualifications and professional certifications would be a plus.
