Our Client, an independent agency who oversee financial systems as well as manage external single audit, are currently looking to bring aboard as QA Test Manager to their team. In this position you will be ensuring the quality and compliance of the software solution with functional and technical requirements. This role encompasses planning and executing tests to ensure their system meets the highest standards.
The QA Test Manager will be able to collaborate closely with SME's to understand end-user requirements, but also be able to collaborate with solution integrators to understand application feature functionality, modifications, and be able to develop test plans for maximum test coverage.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing QA teams or departments, demonstrating a strong track record of leading successful QA projects and initiatives
Comprehensive experience with Unit, System, Accessibility, Performance, and UAT Testing
A solid understanding of different software development methodologies: Waterfall, Iterative, and Agile.
Experience in developing, creating, and executing comprehensive test plants.
Proficient in writing and executing SQL queries
Experience with test automation, including the ability to design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to enhance testing efficiency
Note: This role does require an On-site presence in Boston
