Job Title: Inventory Specialist

Job Description

Join our team as an Inventory Specialist where you will be responsible for shipping GMP bulk drug substances, intermediates, and QC samples. Your role will include the receipt, inspection, and quarantining of GMP raw materials and manufacturing aides, as well as fulfilling material requisitions and delivering these items to Manufacturing. You will perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation, program, track, and download temperature monitors to meet business requirements. Your responsibilities will also include inventory control and maintenance of drug substances, raw materials, disposables, and manufacturing aides. You will assist in revising and writing departmental reports and SOPs, and coordinate external shipments of drug substances and samples with external contract sites as needed. This role requires flexibility to work various hours as needed and perform additional duties as assigned.

Hard Skills

  • IATA/DOT 19 CFR Certification

  • Experience in inventory control and management

  • Proficiency in writing and revising reports and SOPs

  • Ability to program, track, and manage temperature monitors

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing schedules

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Bothell, Washington.

Work Environment

This position requires working in a dynamic environment that involves regular interaction with various teams. You will need to be able to adapt to flexible working hours and perform tasks that involve physical movement and inspection of materials in a warehouse setting.
