Robert Half Marketing Manager in Bothell, Washington

Description

Robert Half Marketing & Creative is working with a busy Puget Sound telecom client that is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Creating, tracking, and analyzing acquisition direct response campaigns, developing creative assets, ad hoc design, mobile creative, and messaging utilizing outside agencies and graphic designers

  • Direct Response Targeting – Customer segments, propensity-modeling analytics, performance metric and connect attributes, new build areas, multi-cultural segments, acquisition email, and assist VP in TV/OTT/CTV messaging/targeting

  • Direct Mail List Management – Manage monthly DM/yearly quantities in excess of 4M pieces

  • Budget management – Monitors/reconciles all project cost forecasts, estimates and actuals on a monthly basis

  • Vendor/agency management – Responsible for directing agency partners and vendors for all assets are it relates to all acquisition and customer targeting

  • Manage ad hoc projects such as retail communications, multi-dwelling unit direct mail

  • Provide reporting on campaign and program performance as well as insights and recommendations

This role is 100% remote, 40 hours per week, for at least 4 months, and is intended to convert to an FTE position.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in acquisition direct response marketing for a telecom, mobile, or video provider (highly preferred) OR 3-5 years working in direct response tactics in other industries

  • MUST HAVE direct mail experience using data analytics and customer targeting

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills and the ability to work across teams

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Advanced Excel capabilities and comfortable with formatting, formulas, customizing reports, etc.

  • Proficient in MS Office and PowerPoint, Adobe CC

  • Fluent in using analytics to identify issues and opportunities, able to use Tableau, GA, and other data platforms

  • Firm understanding of all direct response tactics

  • Ability to interpret and analyze data and present clear recommendations based on results

  • Self-motivated, curious, creative, enthusiastic team member

  • Able to thrive in a remote work situation
