Job Description
An employer in Boulder, CO is looking for a System Administrator to join their growing client facing government services team. This person would be working closely with a talented team to design, manage, secure, and optimize the IT infrastructure for a DoD client. They will also be tasked with improving the overall project management discipline of the clients by increasing collaboration and innovation. They will be responsible for introducing techniques that promote adaptability and flexibility in the face of unpredictable circumstances.
This is a small tight-knit company focused on hiring exceptional individuals who align with their mission of providing optimized and effective technology value streams for defense industry clients. This role is primarily an on-site role, with some flexibility for occasional virtual work. Candidates must be US Citizens, and have an active DoD Secret Clearance. This is a senior level role and is posted at $120,000-$170,000/year depending on candidate skill level and seniority.

Skills and Requirements
Active DoD Secret Clearance or above
Minimum of five (5) years of experience in Systems Administration designing and maintaining IT systems (excluding help desk experience), with at least eight (8) preferred
Experience with multiple stages of the program lifecycle (design, integration, test, operations, maintenance)
Familiarity with DoD security regulations and frameworks, such as RMF (Risk Management Framework)
Strong knowledge of Linux/RHEL operating systems and network administration Security certifications such as Security+, CISSP, or equivalent are highly desirable
Experience working within an agile workflow null
