Description We are in search of a Systems Analyst to join our team located in Boulder, Colorado. The role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity in the tech industry. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects such as troubleshooting hardware and printer setups, managing end-user needs, and providing support for cloud systems and network/VPN.

Responsibilities:

• Provide level 1 tech assistance to end users, ensuring efficient resolution of their needs.

• Set up and troubleshoot printer and hardware systems, ensuring their optimal functionality.

• Utilize Active Directory for managing user accounts, groups, and other elements.

• Support and maintain MS Office 365 applications for seamless operations.

• Troubleshoot network and VPN issues, providing prompt solutions to maintain connectivity.

• Provide basic ITIL knowledge in managing IT services and delivering value to customers.

• Offer Azure Active Directory support, managing identities and providing access controls.

• Support cloud systems, ensuring their effective performance and availability.

• Hold relevant certifications such as A+, Network+, Server+, and MS 365 to validate skills and knowledge. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Systems Analyst role or similar

• Proven skills with Active Directory

• Proficient in using MS Office 365

• Experience with Azure Active Directory

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Demonstrated understanding of project management principles

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
