Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic
Job Description
As an Industrial Mechanic, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment including motors, conveyor systems, PLCs, and other equipment. Your role will involve reading blueprints and technical manuals, performing equipment changes, mold changes, and setups, and repairing, replacing and adjusting electrical or mechanical parts in the machines and equipment. You will also be expected to carry out preventive maintenance and repairs on hydraulic equipment, electrical and mechanical components, blow mold machines, conveyor systems, and respond to maintenance issues from Operators, packers, quality assurance, and plant supervision. Furthermore, you will also be tasked with training, instructing, and mentoring new hires or lower level maintenance staff.
