As a Financial Analyst within the FP&A team you will work on analysis, preparation, investigation and resolution of the monthly results and variances.

Provide analysis and recommendations on a variety of ad hoc projects to stakeholders from different departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Works on P&L reporting and variance analysis

  • Helping drive forecast accuracy, define targets and budgets, work on KPIs, metrics and variance analysis

  • Support ad-hoc projects and the development of financial reporting for ad-hoc projects

  • Support the creation of key management reports with appropriate narrative and explanations

  • Provides support as a business partner to specific business functions

  • Partners with function as a Finance contact

  • Reviewing historical data and market trends that you analyze and engage in financial modeling to draw useful insights and recommendations

  • Work with others on the preparation and submission of annual budgets and quarterly rolling forecast

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required

  • 2-5 years of experience in Accounting or Finance

  • High Degree of Accuracy

  • An inquisitive nature and an interest in data analysis

  • Confident communicator, being able to present findings to stakeholders in Sales, Operations and Finance department

  • Confident at working to deadlines

  • Excellent presentation skills - experience in presenting to senior managers and non-sales stakeholders

  • Comfortable with ensuring policy and have policy literacy approach

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Advanced Excel and database skills

  • Experience with a computer based accounting systems Oracle, Hyperion, ERP

  • Experience working in PowerBi is an advantage
