Position Overview: The Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing the operational processes. This role requires a strong background in mathematics, proficiency in Excel, and a keen ability to analyze data to drive strategic decisions. While prior experience in the printing industry is advantageous, it is not required. Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Mathematics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.

  • Expertise in Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, macros, and data visualization tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
