Inner Compass Brewing Company at LWR, LLC Server Assistant in Bradenton, Florida
- Assists servers in serving food and beverage items as needed
- Helps run food or drinks for servers as needed
- Interacts with customers in a positive and proper manner
- Helps maintain cleanliness of the expo line, taproom, patio, event room, and bar
- Observe customer activity within entire restaurant and help clear tables of dirty dishes
- Carries plates, trays and bus tubs back to the dish area as needed and separate dishes and utensils
- Sweeps or mops floors as needed throughout brewery
- Helps take out trash throughout all areas in brewery
- Helps stock glasses at server drink station and behind bar once cleaned
- Help bartender wash glasses in dishwasher if needed
- Help change kegs if needed
- Restocks server station ice bins as needed
- Other duties directed from management
- Attends any required meetings
