Amergis Recovery Aide in Bradford, Vermont
Job Duties:
Facilitate groups, support patients in making positive changes, and de-escalate situations.
Provides day to day oversight of patient activities.
Provide support in patient recovery, model healthy behavior, and provide a safe environment for individuals to grow and heal.
Provide orientation to new patients and check in personal property.
Attend shift change report meetings.
Assist in client discharge process.
Chart interaction with patients and observations made in patient's record.
