We are seeking a passionate Wine Server to join our team at the Ozark Hills Winery. As a Wine Server, you will play a vital role in providing our guests with a memorable wine-tasting experience. Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage with guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Provide wine tastings, guiding guests through the flavors and nuances of our wines.
Share your knowledge about our wines, winemaking processes, and the Ozark Hills Winery story.
Assist guests in selecting wines for purchase and offer recommendations based on their preferences.
Requirements
Must be at least 21 years old.
Passion for wine and a desire to share that passion with others.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
