Kelly Services Inside Sales Customer Service Representative in Brantford, Ontario

Kelly Services is hiring! We’ve partnered with a leading company located in Brantford, ON in the retail packaging industry to find a proactive and detail-oriented Inside Sales Customer Service Representative . This temporary-to-permanent opportunity involves managing and nurturing relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage proactively with existing customers via virtual meetings, phone, and email to propose replenishment reorders.

  • Identify and address customers' hidden needs to drive sales and achieve sales goals.

  • Collaborate with Sales Representatives to build and manage sales pipelines.

  • Conduct outbound calls to retain customers and secure repeat sales.

  • Build rapport with customers, creating a positive and trustworthy image of Gunther Mele.

  • Handle customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and ensuring follow-up to guarantee resolution.

  • Process incoming orders by coordinating efforts with departments such as graphics, sales, distribution, inventory control, and accounts receivable to meet customer requirements.

  • Use product knowledge to provide customers with accurate details on pricing, shipping ETAs, and other relevant information.

  • Ensure timely order processing by reviewing weekly "open order" reports and communicating with customers about any delays or interim solutions.

  • Perform administrative duties, including filing and maintaining customer records.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in inside sales.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).

  • Experience working with Microsoft Power BI is an asset.

  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented, customer-first mindset.

  • Strong phone presence, with a friendly and clear communication style, along with patience and courtesy.

  • Flexibility to adapt to different customer needs and provide timely follow-up.

  • French-speaking skills are a plus.

Perks:

  • Pay rate range $19.50-$21.50 per hour + 4% vacation pay

  • Temporary-permanent opportunity

  • Full-time hours; Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

  • Weekly pay via direct deposit
