Do you have what it takes to earn top commission and change people's lives for the better?  Only prospects who complete the Pre-screen will be considered We are looking for a Membership Sales and Member Motivator at Anytime Fitness in Brantford (West Brantford on Conklin).  This is a part time, base plus commission sales job in the fitness industry. Anytime Fitness Brantford, requires an ambitious and energetic individual who will be responsible for driving membership sales and providing a motivating and uplifting experience to members. New members are going to thank you for helping them change their lives.  Compensation & Benefits - Salary range of $17 to $19 per hour plus commission - Commission structure in place for achieved performance - Employee discounts on memberships and services - Opportunities for career advancement Responsibilities - Actively promote membership sales at Anytime Fitness Brantford - Constantly identify new sales opportunities to increase Anytime Fitness’ visibility in the community - Develop deep relationships with new and existing members - Actively and enthusiastically engage with members to ensure a positive fitness experience - Perform opening and closing duties, and ensure the facility is open and clean for members - Address any inquiries from members and guests and provide information on membership options Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent - Proven sales experience preferable in the fitness, hospitality, retail, or related industry - Proactive and motivated approach to sales and customer service - Flexible schedule to accommodate peak hours and special events.
