Siemens Documentation Assistant Internship - IT Department in Brasov, Romania

We are looking for a new intern to join our IT Department and fill in the Documentation Assistant role. Do you want to join us? No in-depth technical knowledge is required, only passion and willingness to learn!

What will I do during the internship?

  • Support the department in administrative duties and paperwork.

  • Learn material management, inventory support, stock and orders prioritization in the department.

  • Offer support in the procurement of software licenses and IT equipment according to the internal demand.

  • Support the request for processes, user accounts, user profiles and software installations.

What do I need to qualify for this internship?

  • You are a still a student;

  • You are not employed elsewhere or have another ongoing internship;

  • Good communicator;

  • Basic Microsoft Office know-how;

  • Knowing the usual IT components, equipment and accessories;

  • Basic Windows know-how;

  • You are passionate about technology.

Interpersonal & language skills:

  • Organized and able to adjust;

  • Proactive, self-motivated and willing to learn.

  • Enthusiastic about working with IT equipment.

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.

Good to know:

  • The internship is an intensive three months mentoring program;

  • After three months, there is the possibility to continue within Siemens;

  • You will have a flexible schedule;

  • This internship is part-time and hybrid.
