Amergis Travel Physical Therapist- New Grads Accepted in Brawley, California

This role offers the chance to work in a variety of clinical settings, providing top-tier care to patients while exploring a new and exciting location.
Job Title: Travel Physical Therapist
Location: Brawley, California
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary
Duration: 13 Weeks or 26 Weeks (with potential for extension)
Shifts: Between 6:00am - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday
Gross Weekly:
$3,300 - $3,500/week if located outside 50 mile radius
$68 - 74/hr if located inside 50 mile radius
Key Responsibilities:
PPD Ratio: 15-18
Will work with primarily adults and occasionally children.
Will accept new grads.
Responsible for evaluation, treatment, plan of care and exercise prescription for patient caseload
• Provide accurate and timely documentation in EMR for all treatments provided
• Appropriate discharge management and patient follow-up
• Supervise support staff of PTA's and aides
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients in accordance with local, state and federal guidelines
Qualifications:
• California Licensed or License pending Physical Therapist
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred not required
• Strong clinical decision-making skills
• Works as a collaborative team member with other staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exhibits an engaging, friendly and professional demeanor with patients
• Commitment to practicing evidence-based medicine and providing the highest quality of care
