Need 2 full time, temporary, seasonal Graders and Sorters of Ag. Products to work in Breckenridge, MN and Wahpeton, ND. FROM: 11/04/2024 - 08/31/2025 WORK: 47.5 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 9.5 hrs./day. 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In Minnesota only, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year. JOB DESCRIPTION: Grading and sorting soybean products, manually dumping boxes of seed into the treater, weighing products or estimating their weight to prepare seeds for planting, performing seed counts, placing seeds into containers by grade and labeling grade on containers for safekeeping. All work must be performed after harvest and prior to planting. The job requires frequent travel to Brushvale Seed's site in North Dakota(transportation will be provided at no cost to the worker). JOB REQUIREMENTS: No experience required. Must be able to lift and carry 60 lbs. Able to perform work that requires repetitive movements. No minimum education required. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance; employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
