Resideo Technical Support Specialist –Access Control / Toegangs Controle in BREDA, Netherlands
We are looking for a driven individual to expand our Technical Support department. You will provide pre- and post-sales support for Access Control. You will ensure accurate and professional documentation and recording of all activities and communications. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Handle technical inquiries regarding the sale of IP intercom and door access products.
Respond to incoming support requests via email and phone.
Provide support to internal and external sales teams.
Log all communications in a CRM system.
Contact suppliers for technical product questions.
Provide product training for customers.
Opportunity to visit customers on-site to assist with product implementation and troubleshooting.
Evaluate new products and provide feedback to Category Managers.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Extensive experience with Access Control Systems.
Good communication skills in both Dutch and French.
Reside near Loppem or Breda or be willing to travel.
Service-oriented, customer-friendly, entrepreneurial, and professional.
