We are looking for a driven individual to expand our Technical Support department. You will provide pre- and post-sales support for Video and Networking equipment. You will ensure an accurate and professional approach to documenting and recording all activities and communications. The goal is to drive service success that improves customer satisfaction, maximizes customer retention, and increases profitability.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handling technical questions regarding the sale of Video and Networking equipment.

• Responding to incoming support requests via email and phone.

• Providing support to internal and external sales teams.

• Logging all communications in a CRM system.

• Contacting suppliers for technical product questions.

• Providing product training for customers.

• Opportunity to visit customers on-site to assist with product setup and troubleshooting.

• Evaluating new products and providing feedback to Category Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive experience with Video and Networking equipment.

• Good communication skills in both Dutch and French.

• Residing near Loppem or Breda or willing to travel.

• Service-oriented, customer-friendly, entrepreneurial, and professional.

• Basic math skills required.

• Strong work ethic, doing what it takes to get the job done while maintaining high business ethical standards.

• Proficient in Excel and Outlook (SharePoint is a plus).

• Knowledge of the sector: CCTV, IP, AV technologies, Security, Fire.
