West Sound Workforce is partnered with several employers throughout Kitsap and Pierce Counties who have continual needs for on-call and day labor performing a variety of tasks from groundskeeping, unloading shipments, packaging and order processing, to construction site clean-up and general labor.

What you might do in an On-Call Labor Position:
- Load or unload products or equipment from trucks or pallets
- Assemble products or equipment using hand tools
- Perform worksite cleanup
- Count and store inventory
- Properly package and label items for shipping
Assist trades professionals with specific labor tasks
Our On-Call Labor positions might be for you if:
- You are 18 or older OR you are 17 with a high school diploma or GED
- You can lift up to 50 lbs on a repeated basis
- You are reliable and adaptable
- You can follow written and verbal directions
You are a good communicator and have a positive attitude
