What you’ll do:

As a Director, Service Line Operations & Financial Analyst , you will support the Service Lines team with monthly financial analysis and ad hoc reporting. The analyst will build and support various financial models, projections, and assist with annual budgets. In addition, the position will help manage large complex projects and/or programs of significant strategic importance to the organization. The successful Director will exhibit strong leadership qualities, a high degree of Emotional Intelligence, business savvy and solid Project Management technical skills. This position reports to the SVP, Growth and Transformation.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure a basic understanding of an income statement and balance sheet relative to the healthcare industry.

· Maintaining basic technical skills supporting the ability retrieve and query underlying data from multiple system across the organization. Intermeddiate to advanced excel skills will be essential in this role.

· Design and build modeling to support operations and assess the impact of different operational initiatives on financial performance.

· Assists Business Owners and associated teams in the development of a thorough business case for service line growth, de novo opportunities, quality improvements, and operations improvements.

· Works closely with the SVP, Growth and Transformation to ensure successful initiation, planning, execution and closure of all projects and programs

· Builds and grows relationships with key stakeholders and business owners throughout the organization.

· Possess a keen understanding of the business benefit for their assigned projects and programs; making recommendations regarding decisions to maximize the expected benefits.

· Perform financial system support such as access management, report building, and maintenance

· Complete validation and reconciliation exercises, as required, to validate completeness and accuracy of underlying data sets.

· Regular and reliable attendance.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Education:Bachelor's Degree
