West Virginia Employer Operations Manager, PWC Engine Center (Onsite) in Bridgeport, West Virginia
Key Responsibilities: Lead Operations team of Managers and Supervisors across a 4-shift engine overhaul and repair center (1st, 2nd, 3rd, AWW) Create engine induction and delivery commitments that support the customers needs for the, while also being responsible for the execution of the output commits. Drive a culture that focuses on safety and quality of work by eliminating current barriers to success. Drive a reduction in shop visit cost and TAT through proven improvement methods while also integrating these efforts directly into our newly implemented CORE operating system. Coordinate with all other critical functions within the MRO business and Plant #81 site to yield continuous positive results and progress. Drive obligations to closure with precision to benefit the organization and every constituent. Creating 13-year strategies for expanded and necessary capacity, capability, and capital needs leveraging written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills. Being present and visible leader within the site, ERG, and community outreach activities. Drive maturity to the overall business operation and processes while developing leaders within the talented pool of employees.
