YOUR ROLE

  • As a member of Henkel’s Adhesive Technologies Consumer Goods Adhesives business development team, Business Development Manager (BDM) will lead projects and broader initiatives that help expand our business unit’s share and competitive advantage in Consumer Goods market sectors (largely FMCG companies). These sectors include but are not limited to applications in food and beverage packaging, eCommerce packaging and automation, personal hygiene, and tissue and towel.

  • In line with the business’ strategy, the individual will identify and develop new projects arising from key industry mega-trends and key strategic initiatives of the business. With significant cross-functional collaboration, she/ he will use business insights, innovations, analytics, and voice of business and customer feedback to manage project portfolio and drive execution of Go To Market launch.

  • The main ambition of the role is to drive growth through differentiated solutions that increase our business sales and enhance existing and new partnerships.

The salary for this role is $112,100.00 - $145,000. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
