The Director of Neurology Marketing, US Pharma is responsible for building our commercial marketing capabilities within Neurology. This role will focus on neurology KOL development to support new areas of interest within neuroscience, evaluation of new assets in conjunction with business development, and development of market, patient, and product expertise in new areas of neuroscience. This role may also help support the sales force and field reimbursement teams. ,

The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Leadership of a KOL executive advisory board in neurology/psychiatry. This role will be responsible for establishing and leading an executive KOL advisory board, dedicated to strategically and successfully evaluating new neurology products in conjunction with business development (global). This role will be responsible for fostering relationships, working in conjunction with business development on commercial assessments, and bringing new opportunities forward for evaluation. Developing a strong KOL executive advisory board is critical for evaluating commercial opportunities and developing launch strategies for new assets.

  • Market, Patient, Competitive, and Reimbursement Landscape Expertise. This role requires robust patient, market, competitive, and reimbursement understanding to inform brand strategies and, , business case analysis for new products and Go-to-Market launch plans.

  • Medical Education Agency On Boarding and Strategic Direction. This may include selection of a medical education partner to help build Bausch company presence in the neuroscience space. Improving and increasing company presence at medical meetings, with key opinion leaders in this attractive and important therapeutic area to become a partner of choice.

  • Alignment on Market Access/Reimbursement . A firm understanding of reimbursement dynamics and competitive opportunities is important in order to inform Bausch position on business development opportunities but also to maximize the value of the current portfolio and drive additional sales during 2025 and LRP.

Experience/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required (preferably in Life Sciences, Pharmacy or Business related discipline).

  • MBA or related Master’s Degree preferred

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 5 years of marketing experience

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams including Operations, R&D, Regulatory, Medical, Commercial Insights)

  • Experience in strategic brand planning

  • Ability to partner with R&D and Regulatory teams to successfully bring assets to market

  • Previous experience in neurology required, with existing KOL relationships is critical

  • Excellent quantitative abilities and excellent executive communication skills (written, verbal and presentation)

  • Proven ability to use analytical skills and critical thinking to diagnosis business issues and incorporate into development or adjustment of marketing plans to achieve business results in a self-directed manner

  • Exceptional use of time management, planning, organizational, selling and negotiation skills

  • Ability to work well across a matrix organization with strong collaboration skills and ability to lead cross-functional partners without direct reporting structure

  • Experience with market access and reimbursement required
