Job Title: Research Associate
Location: Bridgewater, NJ
Hours/Schedule: M-F, 8 am – 5 pm
Type: Temporary to Hire
The Research Associate role in Bridgewater, NJ, focuses on non-viral formulation development and characterization, supporting early pharmaceutical research. The position involves synthesizing and optimizing lipid nanoparticle-based formulations, particularly for RNA/gene-based therapies, alongside a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include formulation trials, analytical testing, nanoparticle and bioconjugate characterization, and data analysis.
Requirements: A BS, MS in Pharmaceutics, Chemistry, or a related field, with experience in nanoparticle drug formulation and characterization techniques such as (DLS, NTA, HPLC, etc.). Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and in a team.
