Position Summary:

Adecco Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Robotics Engineer II with expertise in turbine systems to join our client's team. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes for advanced turbine technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in systems engineering, coding (C++ and Python), robotics, mechatronics, and 3D printing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovative solutions that improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of turbine manufacturing processes, utilizing systems engineering principles.

  • ? Apply C++ and Python for coding design, simulation, and automation of manufacturing workflows.

  • ? Innovate and optimize production systems, integrating robotics, mechatronics, and automation solutions to enhance productivity and product quality.

  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to integrate 3D printing technologies into turbine production for prototyping and manufacturing.

  • ? Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing techniques to drive operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • ? Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues alongside other engineers and technicians, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality turbine systems.

  • ? Implement best practices in coding design and systems integration to streamline operations and reduce downtime.

  • ? Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement in the manufacturing process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or a related field.

  • ? Proven experience in manufacturing engineering, particularly within the turbine or energy industry .

  • ? Strong programming skills in C++ and Python for design and automation tasks.

  • ? Experience with robotics integration and mechatronic systems .

  • Hands-on experience with 3D printing and additive manufacturing technologies.

  • Knowledge of system engineering principles and their application in manufacturing settings.

  • ? Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to innovate in a fast-paced environment.

  • ? Strong collaboration skills and experience working within cross-functional teams.

  • ? Detail-oriented with a focus on high-quality standards and continuous improvement .

Pay Details: $50.00 per hour
