Job description
Job Summary: The position involves operating a variety of equipment, including injection molding presses, trim presses, punch presses, form presses, bend-brakes, and riveters, to produce products according to specifications. Additionally, the role requires the use of hand tools for tasks such as drilling, grinding, cutting, assembling, or processing products.
Physical Demands: The job entails physical tasks that require the following:
- Extended periods of standing on the shop floor.
- Above-average amounts of reaching and bending due to production processes.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively throughout the shift, primarily from ground level to waist level.
- Normal vision capabilities, with specific emphasis on close vision.
- Occasional walking up and down stairs to an elevated platform.
