Job Description: AriensCo is looking for a motivated and skilled Master Service Technician to own the \"Product Life Cycle\" process and thereby ensure quality and application issues related to our power equipment are being addressed and resolved. Reporting to the Master Technician Manager, this position is located in Brillion, WI. THE DAY TO DAY... Act as subject matter expert to diagnose and resolve in-depth technical issues via telephone, email and other technologies that can include but not limited to: electrical systems, four-cycle engines, hydraulic systems, mechanical systems, and transaxle drive systems Conduct product research of internal data including warranty, recorded customer service interactions, and field team feedback Review and process warranty claims submitted by our dealer network Provide support as a subject matter expert to customer support representatives and other staff Participate in special projects as a product service expert related to new product development, service assessments, and product research as requested THE QUALIFICATIONS... Professional certification in Electrical Systems, Engines or Transmissions preferred A minimum of 4 years related experience and/or training in the Outdoor Power Equipment Industry or other industry with similar products Experience and/or training in a customer service environment required; experience with service over the telephone is desired Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office products, such as Excel, PowerPoint etc. Able and...
