What will I be doing?

As the Concierge Leader, you will play a key role to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests from arrival to departure. You will assist to lead a skilled team, setting the standard for exceptional service and manage daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

·Lead a team of Porters to deliver outstanding service to all our guests at all times and in all circumstances

·Manage a 100 space car park and oversee the valet parking of vehicles.

·Keep up to date with local restaurants, attractions and events and create training opportunities for the team to keep updated as well

·Provide supervisory assistance and administrative support, while always demonstrating a hands-on approach within all aspects of operations

·Ensure all team members are prepared and well-informed to deliver guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out

·Ensure that all Guest requests, inquiries and complaints are managed promptly and completely

What are we looking for?

·Previous experience within the hotel, leisure or retail sector

·Fluent in the English language in order to communicate professionally with guests and team members, both in person and over the telephone

·Calm, efficient, and able to work well under pressure
