Job Description
The Customer Service Advisor position interfaces with customers via chat messaging, inbound calls, or through the Internet depending upon client requirements. This position provides customer service support and resolution of non-routine problems regarding client's product or services.
Position Overview
We are excited to announce multiple opportunities to join our team servicing a BRAND NEW CLIENT. We are looking for dedicated Full Time & Part Time inbound Customer Service Advisors to become a part of our newly established team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support for enquiries via calls and chat functions. Key Responsibilities:
Handle calls and chats about customer accounts, delivering accurate and timely information
Maintain confidentiality while dealing with personal and sensitive information
Provide an exceptional service experience
Referring customers, where appropriate, to seek independent support
Work across systems to successfully address customer enquiries.
Abiding to regulatory security requirements.

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to take initiative and be efficient in problem solving
Ability to navigate computer systems and programs in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Passionate about providing exceptional customer service
Availability between 8am to 8pm weekdays
